However this time with the pain, comes something new. I was using the loo, and when I urinated, I noticed that my urine was orangey on the paper, though in the bowl it looked brilliant yellow. There was no odd smell that I could discern, but urinating gave me a bit of a burning feeling.
The past two days I had a lot of pizza, and today I had a lot of nuts (hazelnuts and a small handful of walnuts), and even more pizza after my exercise. I played tennis with a friend and walked around, something my body is not used to doing. When I swung the raquet or chased after a ball, the pain in my right side was a little worse but it would always go away.
My mind is trying very hard to get me to think it is an abdominal aortic aneurysm or some kind of kidney failure, but if I had any kind of AAA, it would have shown up on the EKG I had earlier this month (July 9th I believe) as a heart murmur, or something would have shown in the blood tests I had as well, correct? This is concerning me greatly, as I don't know if it is a UTI or if it's IBS, or if my appendix is in danger of rupturing, or if my aorta is going to explode on me.
Please help me clarify what is going on with me; I am very frightened.

) but you are not about to die because of it.
I have not been nauseous.
My back and abs hurt from tennis though, but that's fine; it's always worse the second day after exercising!
