I've got a smear test tomorrow to check for infection down there (not STI) because of various symptoms I've been having and I'm so nervous! I shave down there (completely) and dont want to be judged!

A Dr is not going to judge you. They have seen it all and then some.

no reason to stress out too much as it will not help, i am awaiting a h.i.v,hep b,hep c test and am also crapping myself as i got a needle stick injury 3months ago and this will be the 2nd test,they do it in an intervel of 3 blood tests,initial,3monthly and at 9 months because the virus takes a while to show up, and i am also terrified,And i have always been so careful in life but some loser decided to leave a syringe lying in the grass at a park and i copped a jab from it. So if its any consolation id rather be thinking what you are than what im facing,I will be furious if my resaults end up negative.
so dont stress too much and i realy hope that your test come back ok and that you can giggle about it later,goodluck
