Ok so i am very irregular an have been since the beginning....anyway since june of last year i have only had one period...my husand an i really want to get pregnant but with no period comes no ovulation or is it possible to ovulation without a period??

So i was wondering if anyone had any advice...im about to lose my health insurance an all the Dr wants to do is put me on the pill an i dont want that since im TRYING to get pregnant...Im not sure what to do.

You will still ovulate however it is over basically as soon as it begins. Instead of ovulation taking a couple days and being in that pregnancy 'prime' your ovulation could be over within a few hours. This is something you should check out with a gyne to see if you can establish why your menstrual hormones are not lining up properly to give you regular periods.

Not unless you have been raped. Pregnancy means sperm + egg. Without the uniting of those there is no possibility of conceiving.

I have looked into this, and from what I have read you can ovulate without a period. Some times you can tell by your discharge. I was having really heavy clear discharge (I have no periods) and was curious and looked online.
