So I've been getting these lumps under my skin of my vagin for awhile (i'm a virgin) its like near the bone or my inner thigh like on the vagina lips. And they bust sometimes and bleeds , it leaves a scab and it relly hurts when I pull my panties down bcuz I'm pulling the scap off too. They come and go all the time. And I have a lot of discharge that is smelly and sometimes brown and other times white. I've been trying to figure out what this is for a long time. I want to go to the obgyn but my mom doesn't like taking me to the doctor she always stalls, she doesn't listen. So if any one can tell me what this could be it would be great. Oh and I'm 17.

It sounds like you have some sort of viral infection. That can happen a number of ways that have nothing to do with sex. Another possibility is pimples or ingrown hairs - they can get rather nasty. Some things you can try to alieviate this are to wear loose clothing, wear only cotton undies, avoid things like panty hose. Keep your pubic hair trimmed to about 1/2 inch long, that will make it easier to stay clean and fresh.

You really should have this checked, even a low grade infection left untreated can cause some serious problems later on. Tell your mother that is causing you distress and discomfort. At 17 you should be able t o get yourself there all you need is your insurance card to take with you.

Have you ever had oral sex? Sometimes cold sores and herpes can be transmitted that way.

Is there any clinics you can go to by yourself? I would really suggest going to the doctor. Maybe another family member would be willing to help you out?

Any itching? White discharge isnt a huge concern, if itching it might be a yeast infection. Does the brown come around the time of your periods?

As for the bumps I have no idea. I have gotten ingrown hairs, pimples, and stuff but nothing that ever busts open bleeding. Are you allergic to anything? Maybe someting your using is causing irratation and causing the lumps.

No I can't go by myself, and I asked my sister a while ago and she never took me. But if there is something wrong I would need medicine, and I'm on my moms insurance. But no there's no itching . And the brown discharge just comes all the time really. And I just remembered the front left side of my vagina is swollen , like a bulge I guess. Do you no what that is by any chance? I just don't want to feel like this anymore.

No I have never had sex so i m sure its not herpes. Do you have advie on how I should ask my mom? Like what should I say?
