    Terrified.

So I am having bleeding between my mentral cycle. I have been taking my birth control but sometimes I miss a day on accident, but I have been very consistant this month -- plus when I miss I don't have sex until I have consistantly taken it for several days. I have masterbated in the past 3 days fairly roughly, and I am 13 days into my pills. I have has sex at least twice in the past week.

I have been bleeding since yesterday...

I am HORRIFIED. I am so scared it's implantation bleeding. Having a baby or being pregnant is litterally my worst fear, and has been my entire life.

My vagina hurts a tiny bit, probably from masterbating hard. Usually when I bleed from that, it's not much and doesn't last more than a few minutes. I don't have any cramps or sore nipples or anything...

What are the odds I am pregnant? How soon can I find out for sure? If I am, would it be too late to terminate the pregnancy with Plan B or the new Plan C?

    Thanks.

The only way you can know if you are pregnant is by taking a home pregnancy test or by visiting the doctor.

      Welcome to the forum
Are you pregnant? Probably not, hun. Take a breath, relax. Go to the drug store and buy a home preg test kit if you like, but I'd bet your fear is making you see things a bit off-kilter.

P3375, are you a fellow Richmonder?

Would a pregnancy test work this early? They all say it has to be around your first missed period.

        I am still bleeding too.

Yep, the closer to expected start of your period you test, the more accurate results. You may have to sweat it out for a few days to know for sure. But again, the odds are on your side.

If ya don't mind me asking, how old are you ?

I will be 21 in December. If I were pregnant, I am in a long term relationship with the "father" and we do hope to be married after we both finish college. Neither of us like children, and he will have a vasectomy next November when he is 21. I wanted to be sterilized, and have always wanted that since I even knew such a procedure existed (a long time!) but I have heard most doctors won't sterilize a woman until she is at least in her 30's, even if she wants it. (Which seems wrong to me, it's my body.) If I am pregnant, I cannot have this child -- and my significant other and I have discussed what would happen IF we ever did conceive on accident, and we both agree, having a child is something we never want.

I get stressed like this a lot. I actually have missed periods because I stress so much. Once it's in my head that I might be pregnant I get really anxious. I do have an anxiety disorder, it's very genetic in my family. I jump to a lot of conclusions frequently, I think.

Thanks, you have made me feel a lot better, Pat.
