first day of my last period was on sept 2nd. so im a few days late. i dont now if im phsycing myself out or not. but i feel hungry all the time and when i eat i feel nauseated mostly in the morning and at night. and right now my breast r acheing on the top outer sides not really sore to touch but they ache. i took a test this morning and it was negative. so confused

no no other changes havent been sick and i dont use birth control. cant imagine what else it could be but got a neg pregnancy test. our bodies r so confusing
