Okay, so my period was a bit different this time around.

First, my period was 4 days late...
Then...I had light bleeding on Sunday, no bleeding on Monday or Sunday Night. Then come Tuesday I had regular bleeding until Thursday.

Could I be pregnant? Or is this just something that could happen with changes in menstrual cycles?

It could be a lot of factors. Did you have any changes on your routine, diet, workout/exercise, stress level? If you practice safe sex, there shouldn't be any pregnancy concerns.

No there have not been any changes in anything that you have mentioned. And my boyfriend and I do not have protected sex at all. Some people told me to wait a month and see what happens, but I just want to cover my bases.

Get a pregnancy test kit. Do the test after you got out of bed in the morning - last few drops of your 1st pee.

Okay, because I did a test on the day i should have had my period but it came back negative. So yeah I will take another test tomorrow.

I'd say wait for at least a week before re-testing. Do you feel any irritation, discomfort or any?

Nothing is different. I know a week before my period was due, I had the normal cramping that I get before my period. But I did have some new symptoms such as nausea, emotions were a but higher than normal. I have no discomfort, irratition or anything. Should I call my dr., and explain my sympotoms and see what he says?

In my culture, they usually advise to feel my heartbeat/pulse where the clavicles meet and if it is faster than usual or if it "doubles" in between intervals, then you must be pumping blood to another life in you - that sort of thing.

Anyway, wait till you see a doc, and you may do another preggy test in another week (maybe).
