I've had some serious itching down there for a day or two now. Today I used a mirror to look at it and I noticed a lesion of some sort near the opening of my vagina on the left side. It's not quite a centimeter across and is somewhat abnormally shaped... blobish? It seems to be flat against the skin but the area is quite swollen. I also noticed a smaller one near it. They look similar to canker sores in the mouth.

I called my ex-boyfriend terrified that I might have herpes (we are very good friends and he is the only person I have ever had sexual contact with). I made him get tested before having sex with him. He reassured me that all things came out clean; they did a blood test. He says he has never had a cold sore on his mouth or anything like that in his genital area. I know that it's still possible that I could have it, but I'm wondering what else it could be. As an added note, I've been sick with bronchitis for the last several days and am still sick.

I plan to go to a gynecologist ASAP, but it's Friday night so it will be a couple days.

I think it might be getting bigger? Could be my imagination too. It has well-defined borders and is mostly white but sort of grayish in the center. Triangular might be a better description than blobbish. It doesn't itch so much anymore; it's just sore and awkward feeling. It seems to be in the right place for a Bartholin's Cyst, but I don't think that's what's causins this. Is Monday here yet? Help? Anyone?

I've had a Bartholin's Cyst and it grew rapidly. It was about the size of a golf ball in a couple of days and hurt like nobody's business. It was red, but wasn't what I would consider a lesion...

I don't have any suggestions or even thoughts about what it could be. I wish it was Monday for your sake.
