    Why Stomach pain in periods?

    I do always suffer from stomach pain in my period. It's unbearable at start

    what could be the possible reasons? is it common to other women also? can it be avoided?

    Cramping feelings? It is caused by the uterus contracting when it is trying to shed the lining during your period. Take a simple pain killer like Advil, Tylenol or Midol.
    There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

      Cramps... Yes it is common. Like Secret said, take an OTC painkiller or a heating pad works wonders for me. I get them so bad at times I just lay on my bed in the fetal position, clutching the heating pad, any other movement brings tears to my eyes.

        just sleep on a floor and lift your legs and do cycling
        the stomach pain goes ...

          Actually heard eating a banana will help with Cramping. I've tried out the theory myself and it actually works
