I wouldn't recommend stopping it because a menstrual cycle is a natural part of our bodies. When we stop our periods we are throwing our bodies off balance. I know you may not want your period on your vacation, but it is really not a good idea to stop it. We as women have periods for a reason whether we like it or not. You don't want to cause your body to have problems down the line. Just because nothing happens suddenly doesn't mean that it won't. Also, having a period is a way for women to discharge impurities. When people stop them where do these impurities go. They stay in our bodies which is very unhealthy.Comment
