    Very Confused! Help

Hello everyone I'm new here but i really need some help. Ok so I've been tracking my pms symptoms this whole month. My last period was the 2nd through the 5th of this month. I really started tracking because I got tender breast on like the 17th and I was supposed to be ovulating between the 12th and the 17th so I had nausea (to the point where I almost vomitted from the smell of pizza), breast tenderness, slight cramping, and fatigue up until the 22nd and then all of a sudden my appetite increased everything was making me cry just going a little haywire and my pms symptoms usually don't show up until a week or less before my period me and my fiance have unprotected sex a lot so I took a home pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative. So at this point I'm very confused what are some things (medicine, exercise, etc.) that can lessen my pms symptoms or is there still a possibility of pregnancy? My period is due on the 31st?

You should have your dr perform a pregnancy test. The home tests are not always accurate. Or you can wait til you are supposed to menstrate again and take another home test if your period doesnt show up in a day or two after its supposed to. If it turns out you are not pregnant, talk to your dr about starting birth control, since you are having unprotected sex, and it can also help with keeping things on schedule. Other things to try would be regular exercise, even if it means just walking the dog for a half hour each day. It will help relieve stress, improve your appetite (keeping a healthy diet in mind), and help you get more effecient sleep. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. If all else fails, you dr can perform stress or hormone tests to see what the real problem is. Hope this helps and good luck.
