I am 27 years old and just had an a/p vaginal repair, or otherwise they fixed my rectocele and cystocele and put my baldder in a monarch sling. They then stitched together the outter perinium area that was stretched during chilbirth. The majority of this surgery was to fix me after I had teo ten pound babies.
my questions are to anybody that has had this done. I am six weeks post-op and I am affraid that my first sexual experience with my husband will be the same as before (very loose, no muscle tone) I just in general would kile to know other womens experiences with this kind of surgery.

sex after rectocele

Hello,
I noticed your posting on rectocele and was hoping someone could tell me what life is like after the healing. What was sex life, etc? I just had a repair and I am scared so I was looking for some help.

hi im 33 had 3 kids 1 breech birth delivered normaly i wanted a c sec but was to late for 1 , due to this i was left with no muscle tone at all i cant go for a poo !! normally i have to push my prolaspe towards my back passage which will push poo out !!! because ive had this for 8 years ! im having a cystocele and rectocele repair in a weeks time and im very worried , couls any1 tell me if any 1 is happy after ??? and when is life normal again ????

Surgery

I'm new on here. I am 29 and going to have a rectocele repair. I guess I am on here for feedback regarding the surgery. Mine is just basic with no other operations involved. I just wanted other people's opinions on the surgery. Mine is less than a month away. Please let me know if you have any tips, insight etc. Mine is from straining, I have no children. Has anyone had children after the surgery? Any complications? I thought it would be nice to join since I don't know others that have had this done.

I saw your post and I can't see where anyone posted a reply to you. I am new here and I hoped you could tell me how your surgery went. I am going to have the same thing done later this month and I'm nervous about how much pain is involved and how the recovery is.
