I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if you didn't actually have vaginal sex, you probably are not pregnant. Is it possible sperm could have gotten to the vagina from anal sex, yeah, but unlikely. Your not late, don't stress. Brown discharge sometimes just happens, body just shedding old blood.Comment

Spotting is unpredictable, it can last 2 hours, 2 days, 2 weeks, etc.
Did he go from anal to vaginal? That is a big no no.
You could be having phantom symptoms. You could be cramping due to your period being due right around the corner. The abdominal movement, could be gas, etc. Even if you were pregnant, you wouldn't be exhibiting symptoms in 2 weeks.
You could take an early pregnancy test, if you are that nervous about it. Those can be taken up to 5 days before your period is due, if you get the right one.Comment

Because spreading bacteria from the anus to the vagina could result in infection/s such as bacterial infections, yeast infections, urinary tract infections, discharge, etc. You should never go anal to vaginal without him thoroughly washing and drying himself, etc and/or using a condom.
"If" this is what happened... I would suggest making a trip to the Dr to get checked out.Comment
