I drink about the average amount of water. I'm always under stress, not on purpose or anything I'm just a very stressed person. I do have hormonal imbalance still being sorta young. I get maybe 3 or four hours of sleep a night. I do not have a stable sleeping scheduele. Sometimes I'll sleep a bit in the day and none at night, sometimes all day not at night, sometimes all day and night, sometimes ill go a whole 24 hours without sleeping. It just depends on whenever I pass out or don't. I do drink caffene. I eat meat, fruits, veggies. I'm lactose intolerant. Umm... I think thats all I can think of to help give you guys enough information. I am sexually active but I know that im not pregnant for sure, I always keep right on top of that. I do not break out a whole lot which is good. Umm.. so should I be worried or no? I don't think I've had my period for a good two months give or take.

Irregular menstrual cycle? Teen worried
Ok so mine is very irregular. Sometimes I'll have my period every 3 months, maybe 2 months in a row then it stops for 4 months.

You seem to answer most of your question on your own.
You're living a fairly unhealthy lifestyle with the stress and the lack of sleep. Sleep is so SO important to good health. There are a lot of people who almost use their lack of sleep as bragging rights...as if "I only got 3 hours of sleep last night" will make others believe they have such a stressful rough life. But lack of sleep is a serious issue and shouldn't be taken lightly. One of the most important things you can do at your age, for your body and your brain, is to get 8 hours of sleep a night.
Are you on birth control and using condoms? Are you in a relationship? How is the relationship, meaning, do you get along well?I am sexually active but I know that im not pregnant for sure, I always keep right on top of that. -
Lately I have been trying to sleep more. I have been trying to sleep around 10 pm and wake around 8am.
My relationship with my boyfriend is the most important thing to me ever. He is the one person who I feel actually cares for me and wants me around. The only person. I have used birth control for a really long time but the past few weeks I haven't been able to get the pill for a bit due to a busy scheduele. I don't like to use condoms with my boyfriend. It has always scared me though even the first few months on birth control without having sex I never had any spotting or bleeding. I rarely had any periods on it. I've never really had many periods within a year ever since it started at about age 10 or 11.Comment
