okay soo alot of times I notice i have some kind of smell "down there." Even after i shower, i can still smell it after about an hour. I'm really self-conscience because sometimes I can even smell it through my clothes! and i really worry that other people can smell it. It also makes me not want to do certain sexual things.
Does this sound like bacterial vaginosis to anyone? It isn't necessarily fishy, but to me it smells bad... and i'm really tired of it. I don't think it's normal to smell yourself through your clothes...It's not itchy..so i don't think it's a yeast infection.
I have tried taking acidiphilus capsules before, but I can't tell if it is really helping.

How long have you had it? Sounds like it could be BV. Wash with just water down there if you're not doing so already, avoid all soaps near your vagina. Try sleeping without panties, and when you do wear panties make sure they're cotton and not overly tight (no thongs!).

Make a slit or two in a clove of garlic and stick it up there overnight. Do so for a couple of nights in a row, see if that helps! Some women swear by this.

It's been awhile. Few years maybe. I'm 18, btw. Like I can't tell if i'm just overly sensitive to smells...but it doesn't seem like my friends have this kind of problem. I am always worrying about it and sometimes i'm afraid to get up because i'm afraid other people will smell it. & okay, thankyou i'll have to try that! & yes I don't use soaps down in there. Also, sometimes i sleep with no panties to air out.

I also have this kind of problem and i do have an excessive discharge like a gush of pee especially ing the morning or at any point of the day. Do you have specific otc medicine for this?

yess, I always have alot of discharge too! like sometimes I can't tell if it's just pee, but I don't think so. but yeah it's really liquid-y. So you feel like others can smell you too?
