Pain Relief for perods
I am 18 and have had periods since I was about 13 and about a year after that I started getting cramps which just keep getting worse to the point that now I am taking up to 10 blue heron a day for about 3 days every month pretty much I am wondering how much I can take before it starts doing bad stuff to my body? -
Use an actual pain killer if you want pain relief. Advil, Motrin, Tylenol, generic brands Ibuprofen, generic acetaminophen, Midol, Aspirin. None listed are powerful pain killers and can be bought over the counter in any pharmacy. There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy. -
Hi
Try Evening primrose oil capsules. This could take a month or two to become effective.
Evening primrose oil is a good source of gamma-lineolic acid (GLA), an essential fatty acid that is often found to be lacking in women who are suffering from PMS.
The body converts GLA into prostaglandins, which act like hormones to regulate certain bodily functions such as inflammation and muscle contraction.
In Europe, evening primrose oil is often used to treat the bloating, cramping and breast tenderness associated with PMS.
Also try crystallized ginger the weeks before you period as it has an anti pain and anti cramping compounds.
Good luck.Comment
