Is there anything I can do or buy over the counter until my doc apt? Or should I just leave it alone? Has anyone had this same experience? I want my normal vagina back!

What should I do any advice?
Well I'm 19 years old and had my first yeast infection a couple weeks ago. I bought the generic monistat(miconazole 7) and yeast infection went away. About 2 days after that I started to get this weird yellow discharge(no odor) and it does itch from time to time but not a lot and it has now been about 2 weeks. I thought i would pass or soon fade to white but it hasn't. I've done a lot of research and the only I could come up with is that maybe it could be bv? I've done alot of internet research but still cat find a solid answer. I made an appointment with my doctor but that wont be until the end of august. I have no physical pain but I' now sick of wearing panty liners 24/7!

I loved that movie
When you got thrush were you sexually active? Because whilst you treat yourself, if you have sex after with the same partner, he still has it and gives it right back to you...
The other thing is g-strings, they rub from the back to the front, and normal washing does nothing, it can bring bacteria back again, they need to be washed in believe it or not mouthwash and hot water, seperately...
Failing that I can't answer you but welcome to the Forum...

I have had chronic yeast infections since I was 14. I was so tired of buying of monistat that I started taking Yazo to get my Ph normal to reduce my infections. Eating yogurt also help balance the Ph in your vagina. But if you are not itchy, specially at night, it may not be a yeast infection.
I advise cotton undies to absorb sweat and wetness and be sure change your undies if they do get wet. I always change into dry clothes after swimming. Get more veggies in your diet, sometime a change in eating habits can change your discharge.
Hope it gets better!Comment
