    NIPPLES

I get black heads on my nipples, not the areola, the nipple itself. i have squeezed them, and either off white or light yellowish stuff comes out, just like when i squeeze a blackhead anywhere else. has this happened to anyone else? should i be worried? i sometimes have breast pain as well. i also have VERY sensitive nipples so its painful when i do squeeze them.

black heads are black or dark brown, do u mean white heads? i know that sometimes the dots on my areolas have stuff in them, they dont come up like white heads but im a picker and will squeeze anything, i just put them down to being like pores and catching stuff like any other pore. maybe you have pores on your nipples? try an anti bacterial body wash and see if there is any difference.
If I knew where I was going I would already be there

I would highly suggest not squeezing them to get rid of them. Instead, try something like Burt's Bee's blemish treatments. They have a tea tree oil based one that will clear them up. Just like how when you pop a zit/white heat/black head on your face, it can become infected.

No, i do not mean "white heads" i mean BLACK heads. meaning they are black pimples, not white, or brown, or even beige or off white, i mean black. i have tried using things like noxzema and even clean and clear acne gel but, both those things really sting like crazy. my nipples are also very dry and they peel. and i do have very tender breasts (they sometimes hurt) and very sensitive nipples. im 38 and have had a partial hysterectomy so, i dont have a menstrual cycle but, i do have ovaries so, i dont take any kind of hormone replacement that could effect my breasts. should i be concerned? i haven't noticed any lumps or anything but, im not so great about checking. i have no family history of breast cancer or,cancer of any kind however, i did have cervical cancer in my late 20's. Could this be breast cancer? should i be worried? or, is it more likely to be dermatological (skin related)?
