    Douching?

So, I understand that it's not necessarily a bad thing to douche, but it's not something to do often, either. I found out that I had what's called a "chocolate cyst rupture", which is what caused all those weird symptoms I posted about previously. So, now that I'm done oozing, I figured it would be a good idea to clean myself out, so to speak. What do you think?

Also...how does one douche? I've never read the boxes and I'm not too excited about the idea of standing around in Walmart and reading boxes four an hour.

It's simple. Buy the Summer's Eve douche, take it home, When you take it out of the box, unwrap it, and grab the white nozzle and pull up until you feel/hear a pop sound. Then you insert the white part into your vagina, and squeeze the blue part... It'll be cold, I don't know why but douche is always cold.

Your welcome. But I don't douche anymore, it throws off the pH level in your vagina and causes yeast infections. I just use water...

Wow...that was cold, indeed. It also burned quite a bit. Is that normal?

Did you just use the water & vinegar douche? That is my recommended one, any of the others are going to have other stuff in them that may not be all that comfortable.

Also, it may have burned a bit from the rupture. If you didn't just use water.

LanaBear: I used the medicated one from Summers Eve. I agree that the rupture might've had something to do with it.
