It is simply uterine lining that has decided to shed but lacks blood. It can also be a sign that your period is coming. Later on it happens to all women and at those times it means that not all the blood from a period was pushed out. It is normal though.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

I think you are actually having your period and I think you should be talking to your parent and get the information that you need to take care of your period. For instance you will want to decide whether or not to use tampons or sanitary pads. The dark brown stuff is actually the lining of your uterus and at your age the build-up will be very slight and will probably take some time to shed out. Normally this blood would be a brighter red, although all types of colours can happen especially in the beginning.
The white stuff -- your body produces all types of cleaning fluids and your uterus and vagina does so as well. The white stuff is just that, a lubrication created to keep these areas clean as it washes down and out. As long as it is not greenish in colour, smells really bad -- don't worry about it.

Talk to your Mom, she will know exactly what you are going through and she will be able to help you.
That which we forget may as well never really happened.
