69 days since last period, and nothing but negitive HPT could i still be pregnant?

Im a healthy 24 year old slightly over weight i will admitt but healthy none the less with little or no stress in my life. I came off BC 6 months ago so that me and my partner could TTC for the first time. First 3 months off it my cycle was lasting 28 - 35 days. Its not day 69 and i still have no period and all the symptoms and all negitive test results.

My breasts are tingling, ive got cramp that almost feels like 1 pin prink constantly on my lower right abdomen, im so bloated i feel like ive put on lbs, struggling to get to sleep at night and falling asleep at my desk in work. I even have this strange numb feeling in my right leg on and off for the last week.

Im not sure if any of these things are in common or if they even mean i could be pregnant.

Any advice would be helpful, im so confused why could our bodies not send us emails to let us know what is happening!

    Thanks Amy

You sure could still be pregnant. But it could be stress related too.

I would go get checked out. They can always do a doppler or ultrasound to figure out if you are pregnant.

A friend of mine from work, had all signs of pregnancy other than positive pregnancy tests. She went to her doc, and he sent her to like 20 specialists to figure out what was going on. She kept saying she was pregnant, and finally one specialist was like "Are you sure your not pregnant?" She said she thought she was, so he did a quick ultrasound, and ta da, she was.

Although cramps and pin-prick pain doesn't seem like pregnancy (mainly pin-prick pain), seems more like cysts or gall bladder issues or something else.

Be sure to tell your doc about the pain too. Be really descriptive. The doctor is the best person to take a look, as it could really be a huge handful of things. As well as being pregnant.
