    Probiotics taken vaginally?

Hi all, I am taking metro gel for bv, it is helping alot so far. I read in a research article that taking metro gel with probiotics oral/and/or inserted vaginally, help prevent rebound bv.

I purchased Femdophilus because there is alot of positive research and reviews behind it.
I have contacted the makers of this product and was told it was safe to use vaginally.

I inserted a capsule, waited 2-3 hours and it seems to have dissapeared. The insides of the capsule are evident in my pantyliner. I supposed the gelatin based capsule just dissolves in the acidity of your vagina?? I fished around and it seems to be gone.

Thanks for any answers to my silly question.

    Take care!

SORRY everyone, I didnt phrase it very clear, I guess what i meant to ask is do I need to go in there digging around for this thing? or will it just dissolve naturally? (I think it already has)

Thanks to anyone who can ease my fears a bit.

It will dissolve and come out on its own. Nothing gets lost up there.
