Hi.. I'm kind of worried about this.
I've been having brown mucus like discharge for the past few days.
I started the pill around the 8th of this month for the very first time.
I know it doesn't work for a month, but my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex with a pull out method about a week ago, and then again two days ago.
Is this implantation bleeding
or just old blood coming from the birth control effecting me?

I'm freaking out
and don't know how to tell if I've conceived or whatever. Help???

also, my abdominal area feels strange. But maybe I'm just being paranoid...?

Brown is simply old blood. It can happen at the start or end of a period it is completely normal and happens to all women at some point. It will take awhile for your body to adjust to the pill so in the meantime make sure your bf uses a condom. This does not mean that if you have sex in that first month you will become pregnant, it does NOT mean that, simply take more precaution. And make sure you are taking the pill properly by not missing or skipping any and taking it roughly (within 3 hours) of your regular time that you take the pill.
