is there anything to do to stop feeling so hormonal b4 and duriing menstual cycle for about two weeks b4 i'm due on and during i'm like a nervous wreak i cry for nothing i take everything to heart and it affects me as a person but is there anything to stop me feeling like that near the tme just wish i knew what to do about it coz makes me feel so depressed -
Unfortunately not really since you are basically battling with natural biology. These are symptoms of PMS and there is no way to prevent those only manage them personally. Some women know they will start crying over absolutely everything and they learn to train themselves to basically just say "its okay" and learn to manage the symptoms and recognize that their emotions are acting out and try to go against those urges to cry all the time. Does not work for all women to train themselves to essentially ignore their symptoms but for some it works. Others go to using birth control pills to manage cycles a bit more and therefore hopefully rid of PMS symptoms. Some use antidepressants to stop the depression and anxiety but of course not everyone wants to take that route.There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy. -

There actually is a way to work with this. Talk to your doctor about the symptoms you experience and she might be able to get you on a birth control that has less hormones in it.
There's a million different types of birth control out there, it's not one size fits all.Comment
