      I find that avoiding dairy products, eating a little lighter than normal (not overeating), and some daily sunshine and light walks if possible help a lot

            Haha lilay86, same here---I sometimes have super crazy sweet cravings too and combat them by subbing in for fresh fruit that I do not normally eat like fresh cherries, pineapple, or watermelon. This way you are getting your fix and nutrients that help with PMS as well. Chocolate unfortunately is one of the worst foods to have during PMS time..a small piece frozen should not hurt, but it may be very difficult to do that, so I rather wait until after PMS time is over to have chocolate and just sub in with fruit.
