So here's the deal, I have been having sharp pains in my left ovary it comes and go but it is extremely painful. And now tonight i have a dull ache up my rib cage on both sides horrible pain in my left breast, all over my back and a sharp pain in my right shoulder. And my stomach is rock hard. I was wondering if maybe someone could help maybe narrow down what it could be.. I would really appreciate all the help I get.

Are you due for your period? Take an Advil in the meantime to ease the discomfort.

No not even close im in the middle of cycles. I cant take Advil or Tylenol. They both make me sick.
