    Abdominal Soreness

Well, I figured I'd post it up and see if anyone has a clue. I'm a healthy and strong 19 year old and I'm still new and unsure. Please feel free to comment and such.

So I've just started being sexually active two months ago in July. My boyfriend's penis is pretty large too and we have been fairly active. When we have sex I notice that it sometimes hurts or I have an uncomfortable pain when he goes deep. I was wondering if that's bad for me or something because now I've gotten more used to him so I can take it.
Around that month I'm sure that I had gotten a UTI although I didnt go to a doctor for it. That eventually went away and the month of august came. We were still fairly active and around the end of the month before I went off to my university, we had done it more and soon after my lower abdomen felt sore and I wanted to pee a lot even though I had nothing to pee. That also came with a weird tingling and it was uncomfortable rather than the painful burning sensation from the previous UTI. Now its September and I've went home and we had sex and when I returned to school I had tht uncomfortable need to pee again and that soreness like I've been beat up in the inside. At this time, I havnt had sex with my boyfriend for about a week and the tingling pee and soreness went away right away the next day after I went back to school. For a while I've been ok and feeling normal, but then I went to do some exercises to get fit yesterday and I've been sore and for some reason my abs aren't the only sore pains I'm having but my lower abdomen as well. It feels like I had recently had sex with my bf and he went rough on me. The pain seems to be around my bladder and if I press there it feels tender. I also have that same need to pee just not as bad but it has that uncomfortable tingling.

Well, there's my story and I'm sorry that its so long but I didn't want to leave out any details. And yes we've been tested and he uses condoms.

It sounds to me like you never really got rid of your UTI, and now you may have contracted a bladder infection. I can't link here, but go to the Mayo Clinic website and look up bladder infections... your symptoms seem very close, and one of the main causes is an untreated UTI. Many times people think when their symptoms go away, they're over the infection, but that's not necessarily true.

I'd say it's time you make an appointment with your doctor. If this is a chronic infection, you're going to have to take antibiotics to rid your body of it completely. Cranberry supplements will help with discomfort (don't even bother with the juice unless it's 100% juice and not cranberry flavored sugar water), also drink lots and lots of and lots of water.
