No one?
Its been three days now since my stay at the hospital & my lap surgery, discovering the endometriosis I mentioned in an earlier post. I'm going to be out now for a while from work & will have a lot of time (too much time) to think about everything, I was hoping to find some support online but so far, no good. I didn't know much about it to begin with but I've slowly learned that actually quite a lot of women out there go through this? I'm just looking to connect & share some concerns, I'm worried about a lot of things. Not only am I thinking about this post-op period of healing, I'm also thinking about what it means, where to go from here, etc etc. And being home alone is just not working! Has no one ever been in such a situation? -
Hi Katz,
Sorry sweet, it's weekend across the World and often people take a break from the computers.
Sorry you had to go through that, but it's good to know what is or not wrong.
If there is anyone here that has gone through that, you know you will get answers.
However, I've PM'd you a couple of links, one specifically of a group of girls that "have" gone through it
As for support, stay here with us and let us know how you are going .PUT A LITTLE 'LIKE' IN MY SOUL! -
Best wishes.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

Thanks for the links, I'm def. going to read up. It's a difficult position right now to be in because my body's healing but my mind is kind of going through a similar process as well in trying to wrap my head around what's going on. It's a big psychological mess at the same time with healing as my body is not the only thing going through a tough time. I'm trying to figure out what it all means with my future & my husband & I's decisions to have children. Thank you again!!Comment
