Weird periods.. last three months

Hey Everyone,

I need some help. I have had a couple weird periods the past three months. I have had a normal every 28-29 day cycle only lasting 6-7 days every month since I have 10. I am not 25. 15 years of normal to this...Here is the break down..

July 1st - started period(on time). Normal flow. 6 days long

July 31st - started period(on time). Heavy flow. Cramps. 7 days long

Sept 11th - started period (2 weeks late) Light flow. Cramps. 16 days long

Oct 1st - started spotting (1 week early). (last 4 days) very light. stopped spotting.

I have lost my appetite completely. Im starving but nothing sounds good. Ive been sleeping anywhere from 12-14 a day. I have an IUD and I always use an extra source of protection. Any thoughts as to what could cause this funny schedule.

I should mention that I have had my IUD for 3 years now and I have never had any issues with it. No spotting, no irregular periods, nothing.

I would make an appt with your gyno - it could be an ovarian cyst. Do you have any pain?
