I have a HUGE problem that I've had as long as I can remember...I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issues. I'm 21 and had sex for the first time when I was 18. But it hurt ALOT! I've never been able to wear tampons before, cant have sex and have no idea whats wrong. It hurts to touch and the doctor said that the vaginal opening gets red and swollen when touched. After its bothered it hurts for me to sit down, or move or walk for an hour or so.... I have an OB-GYN appointment in January but they keep on cancelling.. I was wondering if anyone had any advice or help or have gone through this before?

Help! Vagina Broken!
Hello!

Find a new doctor, somebody who specializes in sexual health. The average doctor doesn't know anything. I have heard of your type of symptoms before. I've also heard horror stories of doctors not being able to diagnose it.Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose - Kris Kristofferson and Fred Foster (sung by Janis Joplin) -
I agree with sp346. Your Dr. shouldn't keep cancelling your appointment. You are just as important as their other patients. Continual cancellation shows a lack of concern for your well being. Make sure to tell the doctor what you have found out previously. Perhaps you may be allergic to latex as well, and when the doctor touched you that is why you got red and swollen.Comment
