Hi everyone, new to the forum and just wanted a little bit of advice. I'm 20 years old and since I've been around 15 I've had discharge every day. It's often so bad that I have to change my underwear several times a day or wear a pad. It's a normal colour and very seldom smells. Is this something that other people experience and is there a way I can lessen it? It's something I'm extremely paranoid and embarrassed about.

I would try douching ones a month to see if that don't help if not i would go see your doctor

Try using a hydrogen peroxide and water douche once a week and see if that helps. While some discharge is normal, excessive could be a problem. If there is any odor, you should definately see your doctor, cause it may be a bacterial infection that requires an antibiotic. If it is bacterial, you will definately notice a strong odor.Comment
