Could it be PCOS? PLEASE HELP!

First time on a forum here. I have a dr appt for next week but these symptoms have been bothering me for quite some time now so I decided to do some research. If anyone can relate please let me know. Here's the summary of my symptoms
    Not on birth control
Periods have grown farther apart. Went from normal 28 days to 35 then 40 then 45 days.
Haven't had a period this time so far 54 days.
    Not pregnant.
Bloated/gassy abdominal pressure that comes and goes
Lower Back pain that radiates to my upper right side
Using the bathroom can sometimes cause pain on the right lower abdominal.
I've lost weight but not too fast. About 50 pounds in 9 months.
9 months on gluten free and dairy free diet.
Super stressed but only a bit more than usual.
Mood swings. I seem to get irritated or frustrated easily.
Nausea that lasts minutes or hours.
Achy in the "cramps" area but no cramps.
    Doubt I've even ovulated.
    No real increased hairiness issue.
I've had one child 4 years ago.

Initially I was thinking I had an issue with my gall bladder or acid reflux aside from pcos. I'm just unsure. I was looking for some suggestions so I can make sure my doc checks all possibilities as living like this and being a full time working single mother is challenging enough. Any Remedies or things I can do to alleviate some of this? Laying around is not an option for me.

Please help! I'm open to anything at this point.

Have you had any ultrasounds or blood work done prior to this? If not when you go to the doctor ask them to check your thyroid and do some ultra sounds if not already done
I'm currently going through a similar situation

No ultrasounds yet. Heading to the doc on Thursday though. My thyroid was normal at my physical in may. I'm gluten free now so I'm not sure if itd be my thyroid although I'm definitely not ruling anything out. I'll ask him about that too. Thanks for your response!

Definitely not PCOS. PCOS causes weight gain, not weight loss. My mother has PCOS, which is why I know this. It might be possible that you have a hyperactive thyroid? I am not sure about that one, just a guess based on you losing weight. You may also want to ask your doctor for a prescription for anti-nausea? My mom finds that helpful for hers. Also dramamine can sometimes help with nausea too.
          Hope this helps!

I have PCOS and I'm 99% sure you don't. I even have regular periods that I can calculate go figure. Get some tests done it could be a number of things. Good luck!
