No period for nearly 2 months / low estrogen / not pregnant

Hi, I was hopeing for some suggestions here. I haven't been on birth control in years. I don't have a sex life AT ALL. My last period i had it for 12 days it was painful with heavy flow. Out of no where it hasnt came. 2 days ago , i started to spot I was so relieved. Then i woke up the next day and its clear . The doctor called me in today to say I have quite low estrogen. This doesn't make sense I don't have a period and my thyriod is fine ( just the anti bodies through the roof. doctors say as long as the tsh is fine then i'm good ).

symptoms : dry skin , hair loss , weight gain, bloated , sleep abstructed

The doctor just told me to wait it out and not stress. How can I not stress ? i have cramps like i have a period but i dont have a drop of blood. I had ultra sounds done i dont have ovarian cancer or anything. Just a few polyps here and there but the doc says it hasnt grown so im fine.

keeps telling me im fine but this isnt fine...to me

anyone can give me some suggestions that would be great...

    THANK YOU SO MUCh

Have you had any tests done to see if you maybe have anything wrong with your ovaries?

It's like a vaginal exam except with a camera on the end of it it doesn't hurt or anything

Oh well I'm in the United States but I'm sure they will still do it just ask your doctor about it they should have did it with the regular one I had them both done yesterday just say a trans-vaginal ultrasound they should know what it is.
