I'm 'in your age group'
. It hasn't started for me yet (at least I don't think it has), but menopause can start for a few women in their 30's and, for the majority, in their 40's and 50's. It's not abnormal to be in menopause at 44...all women are different. Have you seen a doctor? You can have your hormone levels tested to see how far along you are in 'the process'.
