PAINLESS swollen hood
Okay i just want to first point out, im new to this site. Two, what i am about to describe to you, please keep in mind is word for word. My hood is currently swollen, its doesnt hurt, doesnt itch, isnt red or inflamed (inflamed is different than swollen) and its not hot to the touch. Its only my hood, not my clit or my labia. This is the second time this has happend and its extremly embarassing to have to tell/show my partner what is wrong and why i cant have sex with him. He was my first, and up til now my only sexual partner. I know its not an std, we've both been tested and i have done my research. The first time it happend, i was usuing a very strong vibrator called Hitatchi, right on my clit, nothing hurt and i didnt notice anything was wrong until i finished masturbating. I told my bf about it and he did his research, and came to the conclusion that there wasnt enough lube between the vibrator and my clit/hood. So this time i used alot of lube. Same thing happend, but this time its more swollen and wont go down, ive tried ice, neosporin, baths, nothing works. The first time it took about 3 days to go down. so now im sitting here with a bag full of frozen chopped onions on my *****, and its not fun. please help. again, it doesnt hurt, or itch, or feel hot. i know some of you might say im over thinking it and its just cause of excessive masturbation, but theres realy got to be more to it.... -
FJ,
The Hitatchi may be a bit too powerful. Although it feels good at the time, I believe that it is causing you a bit of trauma afterward. You may find it beneficial to purchase a battery powered device. They provide great stimulation, but on a less invasive scale.
Sometimes using a stimulating device that is so powerful "numbs" the clitoral area, which in turn takes a little longer to take you over the top, so to speak. If that is the case, no amount of lube is going to help. Using a device that is stimulating, but not strong enough to dull your sense of touch may be more effective, without the swollen after effect you are experiencing.
