I have a heavy flow and i have stained almost every time i get my periods. I have had both,kids and men point out me a stain on my pants!It is really embarrassing!I use a super-sized pad or a tampon along with panty liners.I can handle my cramps and cravings,but staining is something that i am done handling.Please suggest as to what i can do about my staining ?
