ok so today my labia minora and majora are swollen as well as a black patch on my labia minora on one side. I dont know what has caused this as I am not sexually active at the moment, and have had STI tests since i was last sexually active which were all negative.

this is very painful and when i try to walk it feels like i have something between my legs, Im too embarrased to go to the doctors about this and i am meant to be at work tomorrow but based on how painful it has been today im going to have to phone in sick.

has anyone ever experienced anything like this or know what it could be?

Did you fall down or do anything else that might cause a bruise?

there has been no trauma or anything that i can think of which might have caused it. Its a lot less swollen but still really sore. just dont know what to do about it.
