Vagina burning, constant fever and discharge. PLEASE HELP

Since last October, I have had a constant fever and pain in my vagina, it burns and sometimes there's spasms and it stings (there is no itching). There is also constant discharge which is quite liquidy. I have quite bad pain near my kidneys and I got an ultrasound done but they said my kidneys are fine. I also had a blood test done and my white blood cell count is very high so there is something wrong, but the doctors have no idea. My vitamin D count has also rapidly decreased since I became ill, I just don't understand what I have!

I've done lots of urine tests and I don't have a UTI, the doctors have given me so many different antibiotics: cipro, Metronidazole, amoxicillin, macrodantin and others but nothing's worked! I was also given cream for thrush but that did absolutely nothing, and I told the doctor I don't have thrush because I have burning inside the vagina but they still don't give me the medication I need.
It's really difficult for me to study with a constant fever and pain, it's so frustrating that no doctors can help. All I know is that I don't have a UTI or bacterial vaginosis, I'm an 18 year old virgin so it can't be an STI.

I would really, really appreciate it if someone could help, it's been months and the pain and fever are just getting worse!

I meant to write that my discharge is quite watery and I checked my vagina and there is a lot of thick white stuff, a nurse also checked and said it was thrush but the thrush cream didn't work. Someone please help?

I have no answers for you other than to go to the doctor and get checked out. Go to a different doctor who can give you answers because something is going on.

I've gone to different doctors and a nurse but they've been no help! I'm getting desperate to find something that works and it's really affecting my studies

What Kind of Dr's have you gone to and what Nurse ?

Are they GP's or Specialists ? Or are they the " Low Income Clinic's " ?
And what Country are you in ? Some Countries won't have the Extra Special " tests " Available .

I've gone to GPs and I'm going to see a specialist again next month, I've also seen the nurse at my GP surgery. I really wish they would help!
