It depends on what you Now Consider " Normal ".I have finally been cleared to go back to the gym and normal everyday activities after my miscarriage. But now none of these things feel normal. I wonder if I will ever feel 'normal' again?
You and your Body are healing and going back to the Time before the Pregnancy.
For Some Reason, Your BODY said .. " No Baby at this Time ".
You did not Abort it by Choice,
Your Body Did !!!
We may never Understand why our Bodies do this. But as years go by, it may tell us.
Emotional and Physical Loss are two different things.
I've never Miscarried, all 5 Natural Births, Oldest living is now 38, But lost a Daughter to Death at her being only 15 months of age, That seems harder to me, even Years after.
If my Body said " NO " I think it would be easier to accept.
I had Children after her Death. The 38 year old born on her ( would have been 2nd Birthday )
My Body allowed that .

Hi "Nelly" welcome to WH...
I am sorry for your loss, I understand it's difficult.
It's a difficult time for you right now. Physically you are ok.
But, there is a lot to absorb, feelings, emotions, thoughts..
Are you working through those with anyone?
Life throws us things we don't understand sometimes or want. But it also throws us good things and love.
It's "ok" to feel down and wonder about your life. But, you also need to understand, these things happen sometimes more than once, I always think the timing isn't right but that, that little one knows you loved him/her.
I don't know if I would go to the gym yet, rather, maybe just give yourself time to heal and emotionally and mentally recover...PUT A LITTLE 'LIKE' IN MY SOUL!Comment
