The packets are rich in ascorbic acid but after reading the ingredients I still can't tell if it has any bioflavonoids In it. Any insight?

I would not think that this would have any effect on your period at all. Your period is regulated based on if an when you ovulate. If your ovulation is late, your period will be late. If you don't ovulate, you won't have a period.
Do you have some reason to believe this would affect a menstrual cycle? -
