I've noticed the last couple of periods I've had I get either very constipated just before I have peirod or the reverse just before.Is it normal to have changes in bowel habits just before a period?

Yes, I usuallyknow when my cycle is about to start because the week before I have bowel movements like clock work (this is the only time I am regular). Something about hormone changes.
