    I cured my pmdd

I suffered for years with pmdd and finally found relief with Sarafem which got me by for many years. But then I cured it! Got off the Sarafem never to suffer again! How? I cut out artificial sweeteners (yes that includes Splenda). The day I cut them out my pmdd vanished! I do use Stevia without problems. If you suffer from pms or pmdd and are hesitant to cut it out, take that as a red flag. They are addictive. They mess up your stomach. They make you crave sugar. They make you hungry. They put on weight. I lost weight, have a great digestion, don't crave sugar, don't want to pig out anymore and don't have any pms or pmdd. Something to think about! Good luck!

Were you using a lot of sweeteners on a regular basis?

I have pretty bad symptoms but I never use artificial sweetener or eat anything containing artificial sweetener. I barely use sugar. I do drink coffee most every morning, but not a lot and not all day. Really don't drink soda either. I'm not sure what's causing me to be insane a week a month. I'm glad you found your trigger! I wouldn't wish these feelings on my worst enemy! I hope you continue your reprieve from these symptoms! I'm rooting for you and all of us to feel better!
