I would just like to know if anyone else has had this happen and any suggestions on what it might be so then i can again see the doctor and ask him to perhaps check me for it.

Continuous period.
I will try to keep this as short as possible. I had my norrmal period in nov and i didn't have any in dec and jan i had one but it was not like my other ones no cramps and very light and then i didn't have one in feb and at the beginning of march i started having a little bit of bleeding not enough that i needed to use anything but more just when i went to the bathroom there was blood there and then about three weeks into march i had my period again it started out heavy and then it went really light and then today i woke up and i am bleeding really heavy. I went to see a doctor in the ER before the heavier bleeding started about 2 weeks ago because i just moved here and don't have a family doctor and i explained it to him as best as i could as his english wasn't good and he had a hard time understand me, he sent me for blood tests to rule out thyroid and sent me home but the blood test came back fine and he never gave me any indication on what it could be although when i went to see him i was diagnosed with a UTI and put on antibiotics it was a day after taking the anitbiotics that i started the heavier bleeding,I am 35 years old i had 3 kids before by the time i was 19 and had my tubes done at 19 (not sure if any of that makes a difference) also i have been known to have ovarian cysts. Also i am very overweight my weight was up to 309lbs and i am 5'8" i have been on a healthy eating weight loss plan and i have lost 22lbs so not sure if that can have anything to do with it or not,
I would just like to know if anyone else has had this happen and any suggestions on what it might be so then i can again see the doctor and ask him to perhaps check me for it.Last edited by shelly78; 04-05-2014, 02:28 PM.
