    Welcome to WH, Cynteria.

I think you are getting no replies here because you have posted under "WH Feedback". This probably belongs under "Sex and Sexual Health - Menstruation" or one of those.

I'll report your post, not by way of complaint, but with a request to admin here to move it.

How are you keeping track of your cycle? Are there any irregularities to it? What method do you use to predict ovulation?

I think that coming off of birth control can lead to a change in your cycles. Sometimes, not always. Ovulation prediction test strips are quite inexpensive online. It won't help this time (you should be safe per your description, but nothing is perfect), but in the future you can use them to determine if you have ovulated too close to the last time you had sex (5 days is normally the time that sperm can live if the environment in the uterus is correct).

Did you have another period a week later or did it seem as if you had your period out of sequence. You should be near the point of being able to use a pregnancy test kit by now.

If I understand the timeline correctly, you ovulated on June 24 or 25, had sex on 29 or 30 and started bleeding increasingly heavier over the next few days. You posted on July 3. Now it is 11 or 12 days later. Please correct me if I misunderstood the sequence.

You are correct with the sequence and I did not have another period that following week but I took a pregnancy test on the 10th of July which was negative.

Then it seems that everything is good. Best wishes.
