Good to hear. It's just that women self mediate sometimes, and diagnosing is affected, bec. bacterial count is affected, for ex., then something else is prescribed.. then it doesnt work that well, and we go back and... Of course it helps that some women have benefited from probiotics, but many docs say no to douching, except acv or white vinegar i heard because of the pH balance mess up. Ok!Comment

It is normal to have a bacteria in a vaginal, but if there is a wrong bacteria growing then it can lead to an infection. And that infection can cause that particular genital area very bud such as itching in a very bad way that you had already described here as well as swelling, discharges or mass grown in vaginal etc. For that issue, it is better to take care of every little part such as always wash your genital area, keep it dry and drink lots of water, because water can cure many such infections as well.
If you are finding the issue more problematic than it is better to go and consult with a specialist.Last edited by FlorenceSunderland; 11-26-2014, 02:27 AM.Comment

Im going back to this thread to ask. Some readings say women who undergo some antibiotic treatments sometimes get yeast infections afterwards. My 1st YE was like some months ago. Recently i needed some coamoxiclav for a hurting tooth wc the dentist could not treat until the pain was gone. However, 4 days into it, i notice some vulval itching starting. I hope this isnt ye, but if it is, i really wish i neednt be going to an OB soon just after going to dentist and ENT too. Aside from yogurt, what have the women here tried (natural remedies or not)? My last Rx was betamethasone ointment, wc is not advised to use again just after a month, is it? I just dont think i can afford another doc visit, when i need followups to the ENT and dentist again in a few days=/. Tnx.Comment
