Caution: Moody
So today is about one week before I start my cycle.. When I woke up to get ready for work, I was really blah and not wanting to do anything, but I forced myself out of bed, etc. At work, I did realy good. When I got there I was fine, but after a while I started getting really sensitive. Every little thing upset me. I was mad at everyone and everything. Then I finally got out, came back home. I headed over to my boyfriend's house cause he asked me over for dinner and to watch a movie at his house. Everything went great, and when I got home I came to my room and started crying! Why? I honestly have no idea.. Nothing was bothering me, and I wasn't crying from joy either. Weird.. Anyone else get as moody when they're a couple of days before their period? And guys; does this behavior scare or worry you? I hate it. Normally I'm a really happy person, except the couple of days right before.. Hmm.. I'm good now, though. Actually a couple of minutes ago I was all giggly.. -
Yeah PMT/PMS I hate it, I'll be in a bad mood for no reason and snap at anyone who talks to me. I feel bad because I must hurt peoples feelings but I just can't help it.
I don't think I'm as bad as I used to be though..
You could try taking vitamin b6 supplements, omega 3-6-9 supplements and evening primrose oil. -
Evening primrose oil, it's available in most supermarkets next to all the vitamins. It's supposed to great for womens problems and moods. It's worth a try.
For me, since taking vitamin b6 and omega 3-6-9 my moods have improved.
I can't swallow tablets so I haven't tried evening primrose oil but I know loads of people that take it and highly recommend it. I'm looking around for an alternative, I might try flaxseed.Comment
