    Tender Breast

My wife has very tender breast. Our last child was born 3 years ago. She has gone to the doctors and he did notice some pulups, but they are not hard. He said that this is the reason why her breast are tender. He never gave her some information on how to help with the problem, or at least that is what she told me. Can anyone give me some insight or solutions on this issue?

    Thanks, Dog

I had cervical cancer 2nd degree a few years back so when something doesn't seem right, i get it checked.

A couple of years ago, i was very tender in my breast on - going so i had a mamogram and was told the same thing some pulups not to worry about it.

Well that was good of course, but annoying and it was uncomfortable for sure.

For me, the only thing i found triggered it of was when i was totally under stress, added then that i am (not for much longer) a smoker, when stressed i smoked more / do, so it would feel worse.

Now, i just try to let that word be non-existant and stay in a different land, nothing bothers me, and i don't seem to have the problem anymore.

    Now to give up smoking!!!!!

    Hope that helps...

She doesn't smoke and very seldom drinks. Maybe a glass of wine or less a month.
