    I swear its like dying!

Referring to my cramps. I have the absolute WORST cramps in the world when my period starts. I don't mind bleeding for 5 days, or my boobs hurting for a week or so, but the cramps are just WAY to much for me. Its been like this since day one of my period and it is absolutely terrible! I was a week off on this period when keeping track of it so I couldn't get my pain killers (ibuprofen seems to be the most effective medicine for me) in time to not have to deal with the pain. During my period, my breasts hurt, my cramps are just the worst to imagine (I've actually cried my eyes out for hours when I had no medicine it was so bad, even had to have someone take me to the Doctors), I also feel drained and sluggish. However, this time around I seem to have added a new symptom, bloating. This was never one of my past symptoms and I don't see why it would occur now. Is it common to gain new symptoms with a period? I've feared for the last 5 days I was pregnant and I'm still a wee bit worried.

Are you on the birth control pill? If not, a hormonal pill could really help make your periods more manageable, sometimes completely eliminating certain symptoms.

As for the bloating, our periods go through some changes throughout our lives... I wouldn't assume that in and of itself is a pregnancy symptom.

Birthcontrol was something I tried when I was 17 or so and just couldn't keep track of it AND schoolwork and I've never gotten back into it again, I may do that. I would enjoy not having to worry as much as I do about being pregnant around the beginning of my period each month. My tummy was so irritable from my cramps this morning that I walked around in my underwear for the majority of the day because the feeling of my pants of PJs pressing in on my stomach (however light it may be) just drove me up the wall.

Do you know if there is a free-form of birthcontrol? I feel a though I've heard about it before.

Take dairy and beef products out of your diet. If you absolutely can't then go strictly organic with these items. They are loaded with antibiotics, growth hormones and who knows what else. BGH (has other names as well) acts as an artificial hormone receptor in the human body and if your hormones aren't going where they should, it will really mess you up. It will take time to get it out of your system and the hormones that have already gotten themselves someplace they ought not be won't go back where they should be. This may not be a magical cure but it should help.
        Regular exersize should also help.
Start educating yourself on diet and it's effects. Food is chemicals and does affect all aspects of your physical well being and can strongly effect your emotional state as well since that is also regulated by chemicals.
I don't know what you mean by a "free-form" of birth control.

Not having to pay for it to get it.
