Help-- irritated urethra causing bleeding during sex??

I've had 4 GYN exams in the last 4 months becasue I know something is wrong, and no one has been able to decide what it is. The major problem is that I bleed when I have sex--but it almost never hurts at all. I've been having sex for years, have a boyfriend and use condoms. The sex is not unusually rough or anything, and I've never have experienced bleeding- even after my first time- so it really is abnormal. The last time I bled I felt no pain, but I started to feel a little soreness hours afterwards and looked at myself and I looked like I had some sort of infection and freaked out. I went to the doctor the next morning and she said I had an irritated Urethra and that must have been what was bleeding. A few days later, everything looks normal again.

I've been checked for just about every STD many times. I have no discharge/ odor/ and absolutely no pain when peeing. I don't understand why I would bleed during sex but not have any burning when peeing if it has something to do with my Urethra. The last doctor recommended me to a new OB GYN and also to a urologist.

I'm also experiencing some abdominal pain, but I'm thinking that it could be a side effect from my birth control. The doctors have said they do not think the irritated urethra is from the birth control.
Does anyone have any idea of what this could be?

Abnormal bleeding can sometimes mean endometriosis. I know you said you were tested for all std's, but what about HPV? Again, sometimes bleeding is a result of HPV. These are just my best educated guesses. Plz talk w/ your doc about it or get a second opinion b/c it's not normal to have abnormal bleeding. Something is causing it and you need to know why. Good luck and take care!
