    Question about cramps..

It's the final day of my period now after not having one for nearly eight months (I know it's ending because it's at the lighter stage), and I'm still getting awful cramps.
Is it normal to have bad cramps even at the end of and after your period?
I'm just wondering incase it's not period related and I should get it checked out.

I'm only 16 but I have been diagnosed with IBS two years ago so it could be that.
    Also not sexually active!

    THANKS!

I wouldn't say that's normal. I struggled with terrible cramps and endometrosis for many years. However, the cramping was always in the first few days. You may want to go to a doctor and have a check up and talk about what's been going on.
